Minnesota-based Front-end Web Developer
Hello, my name is Pat and I'm a Minnesota-based front-end Web Developer. I decided to pursue a career in website design and interactive media because when I was younger, I put a music CD into a computer and a application showed up. The application had: bios, photos, and and I think links to their website. I thought that was a cool piece of technology. After seeing and clicking around, I realized I would like to have a career making things like that.
I've been doing interactive design and website design since 2006. My journey started with getting a associates degree and a bachelors degree in interactive design. In 2008, I started doing freelance work in Flash and website design. Moving forward four or so years, Flash has pretty much died. While Flash was going away, during my spare time, I focused on learning Wordpress and other technologies that are popular. In 2013, I left doing freelance work for permanent opportunities.
